Gina Alicia López Ramos currently serves as the Director of Education at LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes in Los Angeles. In this role she implements education programs for K-12 grade students, educators, and families. Her goals within this role are to bring visibility to culturally-relevant teaching strategies and develop educational materials that uplift the cultural heritage of Latinx students and communities. With degrees from Occidental College and Claremont Graduate University, Gina Alicia is passionate about increasing the accessibility of LA Plaza for its youngest stakeholders.
