Keara Teeter earned a M.S. in Art Conservation from Winterthur/University of Delaware. She is SAAM’s Meisel Conservator of Modern American Paintings, and her research includes studying the materials/techniques of William H. Johnson (1901–1970) on view in the exhibition Fighters for Freedom: William H. Johnson Picturing Justice.
