Ms. Pearl, as she is known by her students, supports the NMAH Youth Leadership Team in the planning, development, and production of the National Youth Summit. Prior to joining NMAH, she worked at ACM on the Anacostia Park Oral History Project, the Women's Environmental Leadership Summit, and the inaugural Environmental Justice Academy.
