Victor designs and develops games, simulations, and other digital media at the Smithsonian Science Education Center. Victor received his Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, in their Learning Design Innovation Technology program. He also has a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science and a minor in Music from Cornell University.
