Irina Rubenstein (she/her) As an Education Specialist at the Portrait Gallery, Irina coordinates art-making programs on the weekends, and two sketching workshops during the week. She also works collaboratively with education program staff to create interpretive ideas and inquiry-based teaching strategies around NPG exhibitions. Prior to her tenure at the Portrait Gallery, Irina worked at the Explore! Children's Museum as a program coordinator and the National Geographic Museum in visitor services. She holds a BA from Skidmore in Anthropology and an MS from Edinburgh University in Social Anthropology.
