Bayley McKeon is an Education Specialist at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, responsible for ocean-related and bison-related programming around the museum. Visitors can see these programs daily in the halls through various mediums like cart explorations, Tank Talks, climate-based tours, and Science on a Sphere programs. Bayley also supports School and Family Programs, as well as trains and assists volunteers in the Sant Ocean Hall and Bison: Standing Strong. Before joining the museum in 2022, she was an educator and aquarist at several aquariums in Rhode Island, Florida, and North Carolina. Bayley earned her bachelor's degree in marine science and biology with a minor in education from the University of Tampa.
