Join a session co-led by the National Portrait Gallery's Teen Museum Council, an engaged group of high school student interns working to create a more inclusive museum for their generation, and museum staff. Together, they will share strategies, including youth participatory action research and design thinking, used to amplify student voices and deepen engagement with local cultural institutions. Participants will practice these teen-led strategies, explore how to apply them with their own youth, and receive early access to the Teen Culture Club Toolkit prototype ahead of its pilot launch in Fall 2027.
