Calla Rhodes (she/her) is a Public Programs Assistant at the National Portrait Gallery, where she plans and facilitates an array of educational programs for audiences of all ages. These programs include festivals, film screenings, gallery talks, dance performances, and panel discussions. Calla has experience assisting with large-scale public programs at the National Gallery of Art and working with early learners as a visitor experience assistant at the National Children’s Museum. As an intern for the National Museum of American History, Calla developed classroom resources for history and civics teachers. Calla received her BA in American Studies with a minor in Anthropology from Georgetown University in 2024.
